We’ll respond quickly with details on how the process works, estimated timelines, pricing guidelines, and what materials we’ll need from you.

Once you decide we’re a good fit, we’ll ask for a retainer to reserve your spot on our calendar and have you complete our custom gift design questionnaire. This helps us understand your goals, audience, preferences, and any specific items or messages you want included.

We take everything you shared and create a thoughtful, curated design concept that includes: suggested gifts and content, packaging ideas, personalized details, and messaging and styling direction. You’ll receive a visual proposal and pricing breakdown so you can see how it all comes together

Great design is collaborative! We work with you on revisions until the concept feels just right — from item selection to packaging details. We’ll only move forward once you’ve approved every piece.

Once your gift is approved and final payment is complete, we carefully source every item, quality check, and assemble it by hand with intentional styling. Then, we handle delivery or individual shipping on your schedule, so you can relax and know every detail is taken care of.
